Saunton Sands - UK Open Surfboat Championships 2012 - 28th July

UK OPEN SURFBOAT CHAMPIONSHIPS:          
LOCATION:                       Saunton Sands, Braunton, Devon

DATE:                                Saturday 28th July - Low tide 09:08hrs - High Tide 15:14hrs
START TIME:                   Sweep meeting at 9:30am - Event start time 10:30am
BEACH ACCESS:                Via Beach Carpark off ........Road (see attached map).
PARKING:                          Pay car park at entrance to beach, GET THERE EARLY , recently full by 10am. Towing vehicles can stay on the beach (you will still have to pay car park fee).
TOWING ON BEACH:        Towing 4x4's and trailers allowed on to the beach and can stay during event. 
ACCOMODATION:            Campsites in Saunton Sands/Braunton (Get booked up quick!).

BONUS: The kebab shop across from the pub stays open late, whilst waiting for taxis to go to the nightclub in Woolacombe
