UKSRL ROUND:                UKSRL Surfboat Series Round 2

We have the support of the following organisations for this UK Surf Rowers event to be held in West Wales.

If you are towing the locals advice is to avoid using your sat-nav until you
are about a mile away,

If heading west go via M4 /A48/A40/A478 TO CARDIGAN then on to ST
DOGMAELS to POPPIT SANDS SA43 3LN,

Directions to the Poppit Sands Beach

START TIME:                     Poppit Sands beach event start time 11:30 hrs

There will be practice sessions for crews and surfboat induction from 10:00hrs

BEACH ACCESS:                See map and area to park surfboat trailers

ACCOMODATION:           If you are going to the Camp site first : M4 /A48/A40/A478/B4332/A487
to NEWPORT, once in Newport turn right 50metres after the ROYLE OAK
Pub (on your right) into the PARROG ROAD which you follow down to the
end  - campsite on your left. Boats and trailers can be left overnight as indicated on the map.

If you are camping, mention that you are part of the rowing race so
that they can put you into the same field as the rest of the rowers,
If you are sleeping in a van you can park along side the tents, But if
you have a camper van or mobile home you must book now, as they are
very restricted on how many camper van/mobile homes they can have.
